LeBLANC, MARY R. - 1924 - 2012 - Mary R. LeBlanc, 88, formerly of Barnes Street, Dieppe, NB, passed away on Tuesday, November 13th, 2012, at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Center. Born in Doaktown, NB, she was the daughter of the late John and the late Domethilde (née: Haché) Hannan. Mrs. LeBlanc was a member of Birthright International, C.W.L. (Lakeburn) and of Our Lady of Loretto parish. She is survived by three daughters: Gisele LeBlanc of Dieppe, Denise LeBlanc-Cormier (Paul Murphy) of Norton and Claudette LeBlanc (Roland Hebert) of Grande-Digue; two sons: Donald (Jeanne-d’Arc Mallet) of Caraquet and George (Margaret) of Carleton Place, ON; two sisters: Theresa (Ulysse) Frenette of Farmington, ME and Julia Blanchard of Bathurst; three brothers: Clifford (late Mary) Hannan and Leo (Nicole) Hannan, both of Bathurst and Reginald (Blondine) Hannan of South Berwick, ME; one sister-in-law, Victorine Hannan of Bathurst; 10 grandchildren; seven great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Norman in February 2012; one brother, Gerald; one son-in-law, Donald Cormier and also by one daughter-in-law, Anathalie Desrosiers.
Funeral mass will be celebrated from Notre-Dame-de-Lorette Roman Catholic Church (Lakeburn) on Saturday, November 17th, 2012 at 11 am. Interment at Notre-Dame-du-Calvaire Cemetery, Dieppe, NB. In lieu of flowers, donations to a memorial of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
