PETER-PAUL, STEPHEN ROBERT - Pabineau First Nation, NB - Stephen Robert Peter-Paul, 44, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, November 22, 2012, at Heath Steel, Northumberland County, New Brunswick. He was born September 26, 1968 in New Brunswick, New Jersey, the son of Benjamin P. and Janet A. (Churchill) Paul. Stephen attended school in Millstone Township, New Jersey and was a graduate of the Bathurst High School, Class of 1986. He obtained his Bachelor of Nursing Degree from the University of New Brunswick in 2010 and was employed as a BN/RN at Chaleur Regional Hospital in Bathurst. Stephen will be remembered by his family and friends as a kind, gentle and caring man who enjoyed the outdoors as an avid sportsman. He also enjoyed music, singing, and playing the guitar. In addition to his parents of Pabineau First Nation, Stephen is survived by two sons, Nathaniel Hache of Fredericton and Hunter Peter-Paul of Pabineau First Nation; three daughters, Stephanie Peter-Paul, Rachael Peter-Paul, and Amber Peter-Paul, all of Rose Hill; four brothers, Benjamin Peter-Paul Jr., David Peter-Paul and his wife Rose, Jonathan Peter-Paul and his wife Serena, all of Pabineau First Nation, and Thomas Peter-Paul and his wife Cindy of Rose Hill; two sisters, Madelyn Hennessey and her husband Russell of Fredericton, Robin Kelly of Pabineau First Nation; one grandson, Landon Hines Peter-Paul of Rose Hill; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Family and friends may call on Friday, November 30, 2012, from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the United Pentecostal Church, Currier Street, Fort Fairfield, Maine, where the funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. John Thevenot, the Rev. Mike Noel, the Rev. Anthony Pio and the Rev. Ronald Doughty officiating. Interment will follow at the Riverside Cemetery, Fort Fairfield, Maine. A time of continued fellowship with refreshments will be held at the VFW Paul Lockhart Post Number 6187, Presque Isle Street, Fort Fairfield, Maine.
