Peacefully, surrounded by her family, in Ottawa, Ontario, on Saturday, December 1, 2012 at the age of 88 years.
Beloved wife of the late Victor Earl Askin. Loving mother of Victoria and Christopher (Barbara). Dear grandmother of Kate, Paul and Carly. Survived by her sister Doreen Duncan of Charlottetown and predeceased by her brothers Elmer, Spurgeon, Philip and Roy.
The family will receive friends at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road (at Albion Road), Ottawa on Wednesday, December 5, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service on Thursday at 1 p.m. in the chapel.
