Passed suddenly away at her residence on December 5, 2012, at the age of 49 years, Wanda Welcher. Predeceased by her husband of 21 years Ivan Welcher. Leaving with loving memory her daughter, Sheena (Ryan); three grandchildren: Brianna, Jasmine and Mitchell, all whom she adored; also leaving with cherished memories her mom, Elizabeth; three sisters: Angela (Randy) Rose, Jackie O’Brien (Fiance, Wayne Augot), Christina Fagan (Keith); two brothers: Edward Conway (Louise) and Robert Conway. Also leaving a large circle of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Rd. on Saturday from 2-9 p.m. and Sunday from 2-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place at the Carnell Memorial Chapel on Monday, December 10, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
