BOURGEOIS, MARIE - Marie Bourgeois of Memramcook passed away at the Dr. Georges L. Dumont University Hospital Center on Saturday, December 15, 2012 at the age of 92. Born on February 19, 1920 in Memramcook East, she was the daughter of the late Willie Dupuis and the late Bella Leblanc. She was employed with Université de Moncton until her retirement. She is survived by her daughter Gisele (Omer) Gautreau and her son Ronald (Denise) Bourgeois both of Old Shediac Rd; two sisters, Delia Dupuis of St-Joseph and Doris (late Alphonse) Gaudet of Dieppe; two brothers, Alverie (late Aline) Dupuis of St-Joseph and Ronald (Carmelice) Dupuis of Memramcook East; two grandson: Richard and Daniel (Charline); two great grandchildren: Ashley and Remi; one great niece Rachel Therrien; one sister-in-law Juliette (late Vital) Bourgeois and by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Willie (1997), two daughters Rose-Marie and Therese, four sons Joseph, Eugene, Jean and Paul, five sisters Elizabeth, Osithe, Leona, Lorraine and Dorine and by four brothers Alyre, Willie, Rodolphe and William.
Visitation will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home on Thursday, December 20 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. There will be no visitation before the funeral mass that will be held at Notre Dame de l’Annonciation Church, Pré-D’en-Haut on Friday, December 21 at 11:00 am.
