It is with great sadness that the family of the late Glenda Gould of Port au Choix, NL, announce her passing on Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2012 at Rufus Guinchard Health Centre in Port Saunders at the age of 62 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her brother Tony (Nora), Codroy; her twin sister Gertrude, Port au Choix; sister Marilyn of Mount Pearl; sisters-in-law Alma, Brenda, Sylvia, and a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Felix and Mary Ann, sisters Lizeta, Barbara, brothers Fintan, Alfred, Jean, and Gabriel. Visitation took place at Fillatre’s Funeral Home on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9. The funeral service took place from St. Theresa’s Roman Catholic Church on Saturday, Dec. 22 at 11 a.m. with Fr. Lee Lainey officiating. Interment followed at the Interfaith Cemetery in Sandy Cove. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Port au Choix.
