JUNE CRAMPTON ( PEARSON): The family of June wish to announce her passing on December 28th, 2012 at the age of 89 years. She is survived by her husband John; four children, Dave (Peggy), Val (Ken), Sheila (Jack) and Bill; two sisters and one brother; five grandchildren; three great grandchildren, and many good friends. June was born in Swift Current in 1923. She served in the Canadian Women's Army Corp in WWII in Canada and overseas and was a lifetime member of the Royal Canadian Legion. After the war she returned to Swift Current and married John. She always said she chose her career carefully and that was to raise four children. She and John moved to Grenfell in 1970 and to Saskatoon in 2004. Gratitude is extended to the staff and residents of The Palisades for their care and friendship, and to the doctors and nurses at Royal University Hospital. June was a fine woman, with a quick wit and compassionate heart. We will miss her. June will be cremated and there will be no service.
