DOLLEMONT, HAROLD - 1922 - 2012 - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Harold Dollemont at McNair Manor on Saturday, December 29, 2012. Born in Baddeck, NS son of the late Joseph and Ellen (Hickey) Dollemont. Harold was a long-time member of the Mountain View United Church and he retired from CN as a machinist after over 30 years of service. Harold will be sadly missed by one son David (Yolande) of Moncton and one daughter Debra Dollemont, two granddaughters; Krista (Hal) and Cindy (Mark) as well as one great granddaughter Anna, He is also survived by two brothers, Alfred (Sandra) and Gerald, one sister Mary Arsenault as well as several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Harold was predeceased by two brothers Andrew and Joseph, three sisters Emmaline Pellerin, Tillie Geldart and Jessie Moriel.
Resting at Fair Haven Funeral Home with visitation on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A funeral service will be held at the Chapel of Fair Haven Funeral Home on Thursday, January 3 at 10:30 am followed by a reception in the Garden View Reception Room. Interment in Fair Haven Memorial Gardens. Remembrances in Harold's memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society. A book of condolences may be signed at www.fairhavenmemorial.ca
