MOREY, Albert James age 83 years of the Climax – Frontier district died on Thursday, December 27, 2012 at Prairie Pioneers Lodge in Swift Current, SK. Albert was born at Shaunavon, SK on July 1, 1929. Albert is survived by his wife of almost 60 years, Jean, his children Glenn (Val) of Wainwright, AB, Rex of Eastend, SK, Doreen Broderick of Calgary, Cindy Morey of Shaunavon and Brenda Hilmoe (Myron) of Cabri, eight grandchildren, his sister Lorraine Naphan and his half brothers and sisters, Dorothy Galvin, Mildred Baird, Kathleen Wildfong, Shirley Fisher, Rosemary Blomme, Arthur Ingram and Lorne Ingram as well as by numerous nieces and nephews. A private graveside service was held on Monday, December 31, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Climax Cemetery with Funeral Celebrant Bernadette Schneider officiating. An open reception to honor Albert’s life followed at Climax Community Hall at 11:30 a.m. Pallbearers were all his grandchildren Kristen Broderick, Sean Broderick, Pamela Morey, Lane Morey, Desirae Korsberg/Nelson, Mason Korsberg, Jesse Hilmoe and Drew Hilmoe.
