Zayachkowski, Mike passed away in the Kopera Care Home, Prince Albert, SK on January 7, 2013 at the age of 89 years. Mike is lovingly remembered by his children: Ben (Sandy) Zayachkowski and Isaac (Bernadene) Zayachkowski; his grandchildren: Sarah Zayachkowski, Kyla (Randy) Zayachkowski-Rusk and Heidi (Jason) Zayachkowski-Garland; his two great grandchildren: Georgia and Harrison Rusk; his sisters: Minnie (Stan) Corrins and Pearl (Bob) Cassidy; and his sisters-in-law: Clare (Peter) Zaichkowski and Marie (Jim) Zack; as well as many relatives and friends. Mike was predeceased by his parents: Nicholas and Hafia; his brothers: George, Jim, Alex, Nick, Peter, Fred, and John; and his sisters: Mary, Anna and Malonka.
