GIBSON, GARNET “MAC” MacLEAN - The death of Garnet “Mac” MacLean Gibson of Fredericton, NB, occurred at York Care Centre Fredericton, NB, on Wednesday, January 9th, 2013. Born in Fredericton, NB, he was the son of the late William and Georgie (Love) Gibson. Mac grew up on Palmer Street and in his early years Mac enjoyed taking in ball games at Queen Square, visits to downtown merchants and especially Camp Rotary for the many happy times spent there. We wish to thank the many caregivers Mac had through the years, Deborah MacPherson of Mill Cove, York Care Centre Tower 1 Garden Creek and Jobs Unlimited for supporting him in many placements. He is survived by Gyda Scott and family; special friends, Dr. John Blackmer (Delores) of Fredericton, NB
There will be no visitation or service at this time. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later time.
