VAUTOUR, LAURA - Laura Vautour, 88, of Grass Home, Riverview and formerly of Cornhill Street, Moncton, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, January 19, 2013 at The Moncton Hospital. Born January 2, 1925 in Notre-Dame, she was the daughter of the late Amédée and Rose (LeBlanc) Bourque. She will be sadly missed by her son, George (Kayla) of Eastern Passage; two daughters: Lucille Richard (Gordon) of Moncton and Annette Vautour (Will) of Riverview; three grandchildren: Stacy Geldart (Bob), Katie Richard, and Nicholas Vautour (Stephanie); two sisters: Julia Bourque of Moncton, Helen Dever of Grande-Digue; a brother, Gérald (Léontine) of Notre-Dame; two sisters-in-law: Veronica and Géraldine Bourque both of Leominster, MA; many nieces, nephews, and her extended family at the Grass Home where she received loving care and was happy to call home. She is predeceased by her husband, George; two sisters: Edmée and Corinne; five brothers: Thomas, Adolphe, Léo, Léandre, and Edgar.
At her request, there will be no visitation. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Notre-Dame-du-Sacré-Coeur R.C. Church, 3863, Route 115, Notre-Dame, on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at 11 am.
