COYLE, JACQUELINE M. - It is with deepest sadness that we announce the passing of Jacqueline (nee Steele), 87, on Saturday February 2nd at the Moncton City Hospital. Born in Newport, PEI in 1925, she was the daughter of John “Jack” Steele and Clara Murphy. She was a fun-loving, caring person. Her children and grandchildren were her greatest joy, as well as her four-legged companion Reilly. She and her husband Terrence founded Maritime Hydraulic Repair Center in 1965 and TRC Hydraulics Inc in 1986. Jacqueline is survived by four children: Sandra Macdonald (Jack Gray) of Ottawa, Barbara Breau (John) of Shediac Cape, Ruth LeBlanc (late Louis) and Terry Coyle (Lynne) of Dieppe, two sisters: Mary Gaudet (late Dick) of Moncton, Clarice Flannery (late Jack) of Montreal; seven grandchildren: Nathanial, Matthew (Victoria), Harry, Annelise, Kees (Aimee), Cody, Christine (Stephen); two great grandchildren: Erik and Hannah; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her first husband, David Macdonald (1950); her second husband, Terrence Coyle (2009); three sisters: Marion, Ruth and Frances; six brothers: Hugh, Norbert, Ernest, Charles, Ricky and Johnny.
By request, there will be no visitation. The funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Bernard’s R.C. Church, 43 Botsford Street, Moncton, Friday February 8th at 11 am. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe. In memory of Jacqueline, a contribution to Moncton Headstart, the House of Nazareth or to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
