Passed peacefully away in the presence of his loving family at The Sir Leonard A. Miller Centre Palliative Care Unit on Saturday, February 2, 2013, Jim Gushue in his 56th year of Conception Harbour. Predeceased by his parents, William & Anne Gushue, nieces: Sherry Healey & Kristy Whelan. Left with fond and loving memories are his daughter Elyse, his two sisters: Rosaleen ( Bill) Healey & Marie (Dave) Kenny, two nephews: Todd (Deborah) Healey & Ryan Kenny (Alyssa), two nieces: April Kenny (Ryan) & Amber Kenny, one grand nephew Nathan, special friend Rick Dalton, and a large circle of extended family and friends including his brothers & sisters of the Boilermakers Local 203. Resting at Dunphy’s Funeral Home, Holyrood. Visitation will take place on Sunday from 7 - 9 pm & Monday from 2 - 9 pm. Funeral will take place with 11:00 am Mass of Christian Burial from St. Anne’s Church, Conception Harbour on Tuesday, February 5, 2013.
