Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre on Saturday, February 9, 2013. in the presence of her loving family, Della Eunice Harris of Paradise formerly, New Chelsea age 77 years. Leaving to mourn her loving husband of 62 years, Thomas Harris. Daughter Gloria; son Terry (Stephanie). Five grandchildren: Hiedi Hogan (Gary), Tom Stampplecoski (Gail), Paula Pryor, David Harris and Jessica Harris. Great- grandchildren: Chelsea, Justin, Colin, Meghan, Michael and Nicole. Sisters: Jessie (Ron) Rice of New Jersey, and Margaret Belbin. Brothers-in-law: Stellman (Bernice), Ches (Joyce), Alonzo (Debbie) and Ray (Doreen); sisters-in- law: Eva (Roy) Head and Nettie (Calvin) Lush. Also leaving special caregiver Ruby Saulter (Dave) and a large circle of friends and family near and far. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, Commonwealth Ave, Mount Pearl. Visiting hours Monday 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Tuesday visitation will take place at Green’s Funeral Home, Winterton, Tuesday 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. from Green’s Funeral Home, interment in the United Church Cemetery, New Chelsea.
