
Terrance 'Terry' Bramwell

It is with heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of our father, Terry Bramwell, who passed away on Monday, Feb. 11, 2013.
Born in Glace Bay, he was a son of the late William and Eva (Smith) Bramwell. He was employed with the Cape Breton Development Corporation as a supervisor at both No. 26 Colliery in Glace Bay and Phalen Colliery in New Waterford. He was an active member of mine rescue for many years and also loved the outdoors; especially driving his motorcycle, camping with his trailer, and hunting with his dogs.
Terry is survived by his three children, Laurie (Kyle Aucoin), Hammonds Plains, Kim (Steven MacMullin), Grande Prairie, and Terry (Lindsay), Dartmouth, and our mother, Jacquie, Halifax. He is also survived by his six grandsons, Callum, Benjamin, Jacob, Liam, Nathan, and Lucas and his brothers, Kent (Roni), Glace Bay and Billy, Sydney
At our father's request there will be no visitation or funeral service. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of V.J. McGillivray Funeral Home, 16 Reserve St., Glace Bay. Burial will take place in Forest Haven Memorial Garden at a later date.
Memorial donations may be made in Terry's name to a charity of choice.
