Passed peacefully away at her home in Manuels on Tuesday, February 12, 2013, age 91 yrs. Predeceased by her husband Josiah (1992), and granddaughter Geraldine Power (1995). Leaving to mourn one son George (Christine); two daughters: Vera (Kevin Power) and Joan at home; eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends. Visitation in the James J. Hickey Memorial Funeral Home, Kelligrews on Thursday from 2–4 and 7–9 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Friday, February 15, 2013 at 1 p.m. in St. John the Evangelist Church, Topsail.
