James "Jamie" Oliver
OLIVER, JAMIE, (JAMES) JOSEPH - May 23, 1973 - February 27, 2011 - James (Jamie) Joseph Oliver passed away at home at the age of 37 in Brampton, ON. Born in Saint John, NB and lived in Pamdenac, Grand Bay, NB when he was younger. Jamie was a very intelligent, kind, loving person. Jamie was generous with an excellent sense of humour and was well liked. He loved animals, especially cats, leaving two behind; Poochie and Baybee. Jamie was an avid motorcyclist since he was 15 years old. As he got older he raced them in Calgary and Ontario. Jamie attended Centennial College in ON and was awarded his motorcycle technicians licence graduating with a 4.0 average. Jamie worked for years on motorcycles and was one of the best technicians in Canada. Jamie will always be cherished and terribly missed by his Dad, David Oliver of Brampton, ON, formerly of Manawagonish Rd, Saint John, NB, his Mom, Kathy Oliver (Murphy) also of Brampton, ON, formerly of Pamdenac Rd, Grand Bay NB and by his brother Jeremy Oliver of Brampton, ON, formerly of Pamdenac Rd, Grand Bay, NB. Jamie will be deeply missed by his uncle Jerome Murphy of Pamdenac Rd, Grand Bay, NB. Jamie will always be lovingly remembered by his uncle Jack Oliver and Aunt Linda Oliver (Graham) of Saint John, NB. Jamie will be sadly missed by his best friend Mike Geboers of Hampton, ON. Jamie worked for years with Mike at Mike’s motorcycle shop in Hampton, ON. Jamie will be missed by all of his friends and other family members.
Visitation took place at Scott’s Funeral Home in Brampton, ON and Jamie was laid to rest on March 5, 2011 at Brampton Memorial Gardens in the Garden of Everlasting Life. Jamie, you will always be in our hearts. You were too young to die. May you rest in peace.
