Passed away peacefully on Friday, March 8, 2013 at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital surrounded by her family. Predeceased by her husband, Bernard (1977); son Ed (2005); parents: Susan and Fred Walsh; sister Helen Miller (Cyril) and brothers: Jack Walsh (Theresa), Frank Walsh. Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of happy memories are her children: Lisa, St. John’s, N.L., Brian (Kerri) Stittsville, Ont., Diane Critch (Lar) Trepassey, Dot Driscoll (David) St. John’s, N.L., Judy Tobin, Medicine Hat, Alta., Elizabeth Corcoran (Wish) Trepassey, N.L. Adored and blessed by her cherished grandchildren: Trina (Dave), Erin ( Todd), Angie, Darren (Robyn) Chris (Brandy), Erica, Emily (Chris) Jenny ( Peter), Kristyn (Tyler), Nicole, Jamie and Nathan. The pride and joy of her life, her great-grandchildren: Juliana, Spencer, Kenzie, Peyton, Ashton and Joshua. Also leaving to mourn are daughter-in-law, Brenda Hackett; sister-in-law Joan Walsh; Cousins: Mary Roche and Bill Moores; many nieces and nephews; as well as large circle of friends. Resting at Fahey’s Funeral Home, Trepassey, Sunday, March 10th, 1-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m.; Monday, March 11th, 1-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m., and Tuesday, March 12th, 9-11 a.m. Mass of Christian burial at Holy Redeemer Church on Tuesday, March 12th at 1 p.m. Flowers gratefully accepted or a donation to the charity of your choice.
