It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Doris on Monday, March 11th, 2013 at the age of 77. Doris was born on May 15th, 1935 in Gravelbourg, SK. She was predeceased by her parents and husbands, Garth Gillies and Gordon Sunde. Doris is survived by her children: Dwight (Noel), Tim (Debra), Nairn (Patricia), Michele (David) and Lisa (Garth); grandchildren: Nathaniel, Colton, Daniel, Jonathan, Karina, Naomi, Amanda, Anita, Matthew, Allan, Aaron, Nathan and Nikolaus; 8 great-grandchildren; brothers, Jerome (Karen) and Garland (Sandy); sister, Brenda (Roger); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and countless friends. A Celebration of Doris’ Life will be held on Friday, March 15th, 2013 at 2:30 p.m. in Moose Jaw Funeral Home. Pastor Dave Wicks will officiate and interment will take place at Rosedale Cemetery.
