FOSTER (DOWNIE), DEBORAH ANN - It is with great sadness that the family of Debbie Ann Foster announce her passing at home on March 18, 2013 at the age of 57. Born in Fredericton NB, on April 17, 1955, she was the beloved wife of Steven Foster. In addition to her husband Steven, Debbie leaves behind her two children Lloyd Breen (Tara) and Teena Paul. She also has a number of grandchildren, Lloyd’s children Christopher, Samantha and Brandon; Teena’s children Cameron, Kaylee, Tatianna and Ethan. She also leaves her brothers David (Jocelyn) and Orland (Betty Anne). Debbie was predeceased by her parents Orland “Nick” and Louise (Hodgson) Downie. Debbie leaves behind a large number of friends, family and co-workers. She was a daily ray of sunshine to a lot of people and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Visitation will be at Bishop’s Funeral Home, 540 Woodstock Road on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. A funeral service will be held at Bishop’s Funeral Home Chapel on Friday at 1:00 PM with Rev. Laurie Fenerty officiating. For those who wish, donations in Debbie’s memory can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
