Passed peacefully away at St. Luke’s Home after a lengthy deterioration from dementia. Predeceased by children Robert, aged 50 years and Paul aged 19 years, son-in-law John Stobie, daughter- in-law Moya Mason, brothers Joseph, Gordon, Lawrence (Ted) and Charles, sisters Stella Deveraux, Gen Follett and Marina. Joyously and lovingly remembered by her husband Clem; children: David, Brian, Gerry and Anne; sisters: Kathleen Kennedy and Sister Marion Power; daughters-in-law: Cathy, Patsy, Rhonda and Peggy; as well as eleven grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and close friends. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, on Thursday April 4 from 7-9 p.m. and Friday April 5 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will take place from The Basilica, on Saturday April 6, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. with interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre.
