On this the first anniversary of the passing of Duane MacKinnon we want to thank all of our family and friends who were there for us. Thanks for the food brought to our home, the flowers, sympathy and Mass cards, monetary gifts, face book messages and donations to charitable organizations. Thank you to the Saint John Ambulance Brigade 390 for the Honor Guard at the funeral. Thank you to the pallbearers Sean, Elizabeth, Leighann, Sean, Robbie and Joe, to Robbie and Joe for the heartfelt eulogy and to Lt .Josh and Joyce Downer for a spiritually uplifting service. To Lt. Josh for singing “I can only Imagine”, Beautiful. To Uncle Bob for being flag bearer, it was an honor to Duane. To the ladies of the Church for the lovely lunch, Renal Clinic and Dialysis for the donation in his memory, the V.O.N. and City Home Makers, Thanks. To Patten Funeral Home, Clayton, Michelle and Angus, you were so professional yet so compassionate, thank you. Duane we will love you forever, you will always be in our hearts.
