Passed peacefully away at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook on Thursday, April 11th, 2013, Albert Jerome Wheeler, at the age of 80 years. He will be sadly missed by his long-time loving friend Beatrice, her three daughters and son; brothers: Thomas (Sonya), ON and Vincent (Peter), Vancouver; sister Marie Lawson, ON; sister-in-law Jean Wheeler; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by parents Edna (nee Gillam) and Hubert; sister Mary; brothers: Roy, Iver and Ronnie. Friends may visit Country Haven Funeral Home, 167 Country Road on Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will take place from Our Lady Star of the Sea RC Parish, Benoit’s Cove on Monday, April 15th, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. with Father Edmund Camacho officiating. Interment will follow at the church cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
