Stellarton - David Arthur Mosher, age 54, of Cambey Ave., Stellarton, passed away Sunday, April 28, 2013 in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow, surrounded by loved ones.
Born in New Glasgow, he was a son of Earle “Sonny” Mosher, of Stellarton and the late Rita Frances (Fanning) Mosher. He had a love of cars especially cleaning them. He was a former employee of Highland Ford and Eastern Tire. He was a member of the Air Force Club Stellarton and Royal Canadian Legion Br. 28 Stellarton. He was active in many sports including bowling, golf, hockey and slow pitch softball.
Besides his father, he is survived by children: Matthew David Larade (Carrie), Stellarton; Erica Nicole Larade, Winnipeg; Michelle Denise Larade, Winnipeg; Shannon Mosher, B.C.; grandchildren: Aaliyah and Augustine; brothers: Butch (Verna), Trenton; Ron (Sandra), Hillside; companion Juanita Hensbee; several nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation by request. Family burial will take place at a later date in Hillside Cemetery.
Donations in his memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Aberdeen Palliative Care Society.
