Beloved husband of Mary (nee MacDonald). Dear father of Lisa Marie (Jason Farrell). Step-dad to Marcy (Chris), Lorri (Travis) and Julie. Loving grandfather of Bradly, Georgia, Jill, Isabelle and Dane. Brother of Joe (Trudi), Belinda Montigny (Roger, deceased), Della Godkin (Heartz), Jackie (Sue), Barron (Sherlyn) and Brendon (Mary). Predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Gulberta (MacDonald) McAskill, by his sister, Patsy, and brother, Jimmy.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home until 10 a.m. Friday morning, then to Our Lady of Assumption Church, Stratford, for funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown. Visitation Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
