BOUDREAU, FLORINE - Florine Boudreau, 84, wife of the late Edouard Boudreau (2000), of residence 'O'Bons Soins, Shediac and formerly of Grand-Barachois, passed away on Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre. Born April 2, 1929 in Haute-Aboujagane, she was the daughter of the late Willie and Anna (Landry) Cormier. She was a past employee at Paturel Sea Food. Her pastimes were playing cribbage, collecting stuffed sheep and in the last years of her life she had developed a talent for ink drawing. She will be sadly missed by her five children: Roméo (Monette), Murielle (Danny) Boudreau-Babineau of Boudreau-Ouest; Nicole (Russell) Boudreau of Grand-Barachois, Frank (Brenda) of Memramcook and Serge (Suzanne) of Shediac; by a daughter in law: Charline Boudreau of Boudreau-Ouest; one brother: René (Muriel) Cormier of Grand-Barachois; by her grandchildren whom she adored: Richard, Dominic, Isabel, Mélanie, Gilles, Amanda, Kris, Christine, Sébastien, Mario, Mikelle and by many nieces and nephews. Besides her husband Edouard, she was predeceased by a son, Fernand (1999) two sisters: Rita and Alice; five brothers: Paul-Emile, Gérald, Hector, Ola and Albert.
The family will receive condolences at the Frenette Funeral Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac (532-3297). Visiting hours Friday, May 10th from 7 to 9 pm., Saturday, May 11th from 9am. until time of departure. The funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Henri R.C. Church, Grand-Barachois, Saturday, May 12th at 10:30 am. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. In memory of Florine, a contribution to the N.B. Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
