Passed peacefully away on May 9, 2013 at the Health Sciences Centre surrounded by her loving family, Marty Wicks, aged 81 years. Predeceased by her parents Claude and Esther Wicks, brothers Herb and Dave, brother-in-law Jim and sister-in-law Patsy. Leaving to mourn her sisters: Millie and Claudette (Lloyd). Also grieving her loss is her loving niece, Tash (Jason) and loving nephew, Nathan with whom she resided and was lovingly cared for each and every day. Also leaving to mourn special niece and caregiver Sharon (John); nephews: Claude (Judy), Keith (Lois) and David as well as a circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Saturday, May 11 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. and on Sunday, May 12 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Funeral service to take place from the Carnell Memorial Chapel on Monday, May 13, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. with interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Road.
