Peacefully, surrounded by her family, at the Palliative Care Unit of the Prince Edward Home on Sunday, May 12, 2013, of Marie Bernadette MacDonald (nee Murphy), age 65 years.
Survived by her loving husband Dick; her children, Linda and Michael; her sister, Barb MacMillan (Joe – deceased); her brother, Carl Murphy (Diane); and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Mary (nee Hogan) and Harold Murphy.
Resting at the Belvedere Funeral Home. Visiting hours Wednesday, May 15, 2013 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Funeral on Thursday, May 16, 2013 from Saint Francis of Assisi Church, Cornwall, at 10 a.m. Interment in the St. Martin of Tours and St. Francis of Assisi Cemetery, Cumberland, following the funeral mass.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the P.E.I. Cancer Treatment Centre at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Charlottetown.
