Flora LeBlanc
LeBLANC-MacCORMACK, FLORA - Flora LeBlanc-MacCormack passed away peacefully at The Moncton Hospital surrounded by her children on Sunday, May 12th 2013 in her 87th year. Born in Caol Lla, Islay, Scotland on May 23rd, 1926 she was the daughter of the late Forrester Smith and Florence Buie. She loved traveling, spending time with family, had a passion for life and lived it to the fullest. She had a special place in her heart for all animals, and the less fortunate. Flora is survived by daughters Ethel (Bruce Crossman), Pamela (Rheal LeBlanc) sons Glen (Debbie) LeBlanc, Barry (Heather) LeBlanc, 8 grandchildren, seven great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, was predeceased by her husband’s Leandre Y. LeBlanc and Shamus MacCormack and a granddaughter Julie LeBlanc. The family would like to thank the nurses and staff of Unit 5100 of The Moncton Hospital for their care and compassion during her recent illness.
In keeping with her wishes, there will be no visitation or service. Memorial donations may be made to the SPCA or charity of the donor’s choice.
