ROSSALYN (ROSSCO) WILLIAM IVOR PALMER

March 22, 1932 - May 9, 2013
Born in Gronlid, Saskatchewan. Survived by his loving wife Helen, two sons, Ivor and Grant and their families, daughter Judy Price, sister Iola (Don) and families, stepson Bill Purnell and family, three grandchildren, and brother-in-law Art Manning (Thel).
Rossco worked as a heavy duty mechanic and retired from Canadian Oxy (now Nexen) in 1992. He was a proud 54 year member of the Masonic Lodge and past Master of Mosaic (now Pythagrus). A charter member of Van Zor Groto, 100 Club and Legion 112.
Rossco lived in Vancouver until 1992, when he and Helen moved a house onto his property in Pender Harbour, where he was an avid fisherman and boater. They spent 10 winters holidaying in Sun City, Arizona.
