It is with great sadness that the family of the late Genevieve “Jean” Sarah Hynes announce her passing at Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital in Stephenville on Thursday, November 1, 2012 at the age of 64 years. She will be sadly missed by her loving husband, Michael Bernard Hynes and 2 daughters: Bernice (Daryl) Clarke, Dale (Michael) MacDonald, 2 brothers: Ted (Bonnie) Dennis, Calvin (Ann) Dennis, 6 sisters: Bernice (Warren) Ivey, Diane Dennis, Mary (Troy) Ainsbury, Audrey (Peter) Windsor, Kathleen Mary Cochrane, Blanche (Derek) Yeadon, 1 grandson, Hunter and a large circle of relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Leo Dennis on November 16, 2011 and Genevieve Dennis on July 26, 2002. Cremation took place and Funeral Service will take place on Saturday, May 18th at 11:00 a.m. at Russell’s Funeral Home Chapel, 57 Prince Rupert Drive, Stephenville with Inurnment at the Roman Catholic Cemetery in Port au Port East. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
