ARTHUR, HAROLD M. - Harold M. Arthur, 84, of Moncton, with his loving wife at his side, passed away on arrival at The Moncton Hospital on Wednesday, May 15, 2013. Born in New Glasgow, NS, he was the son of the late Clifford and Priscilla (Cameron) Arthur. Harold was a retired carpenter at CFB Moncton Supply Depot #5, with 38 years service. In past years, Harold enjoyed curling, fishing, woodworking, travelling overseas, especially the Canary Islands, listening to country music and time with his wife and family. Harold will be sadly missed by his loving wife of over 62 years, Irene (Arnold) Arthur; special aunt, Doris Cameron of Providence, RI; special nephew, Bill Arthur (Sandi) of New Glasgow, NS; several other nieces, nephews and cousins. Harold was the last surviving member of his immediate family. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by sisters, Vivian, Elda and Bessie; and one brother, George.
Resting at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) with no visitation hours or funeral service by personal request.
