Mr. Allan King of Victoria passed away peacefully at his residence after a lengthy battle with cancer on Thursday, May 30, 2013. Mr. King was 69 years old. He leaves to mourn his loving family wife Lorraine King, son Curtis (Patti) King, daughter Amanda Van Aswegan, granddaughter Mickayla and Niah King, grandson Tristen Van Aswegan, sister Lorena (Sam) Smith, sister-in-law Gaye Prysiazniuk, brother-in-law Larry (Velma) Ladubec. Predeceased by parents Jabez and Alice King. The family received relatives and friends at Slade's Funeral Home, Powell Drive, Carbonear, on Sunday, June 9, 2013.
