
Royden Carson
CARSON, ROYDEN H. - Royden H. Carson, 73, of Salisbury and formerly of Havelock, passed away peacefully at The Moncton Hospital on Monday, June 17, 2013. Born in Salem, he was the son of the late Lloyd and Maude (Thorne) Carson. Royden was a retired truck driver and member of the Havelock Lions Club. His hobbies included woodworking, hunting, fishing, the occasional outing on his 4-wheeler and he especially enjoyed a good game of cards (200) with his family and friends. Royden will be sadly missed by his loving wife of eighteen years, Ann (Bulmer) Carson; precious children, Scott Carson and Jeffery Carson (Tammy); stepchildren, Kevin Vickers (Margie) and Tracy Lagace (Charles); cherished grandchildren, Amanda, Katie, Natalie and Amber; brother, Ronald Carson (Darlene) and sisters, Veta Cosman (Roy) and Joy Keating (Albert).
In keeping with Royden’s wishes, there will be no visitation hours or funeral service. Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) in care of arrangements. Interment, Salem Community Cemetery, Havelock. In Royden’s memory, donations to The Friends of The Moncton Hospital (Intensive Care) would be appreciated by the family.
