CORMIER, GISÈLE (LeBLANC) - 1957 - 2013 - Gisèle (LeBlanc) Cormier, 55, of Shediac, passed away on Wednesday, July 3rd 2013 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre surrounded by her loving family. Born on October 27th, 1957 in Robichaud Office, she was the daughter of the late Henri and Ida (Donelle) LeBlanc. She was employed with Bellco (Redcap) Dry Cleaning. Gisèle loved camping, travelling, bird watching, nature and playing backgammon. She is survived by her husband, Valmont; one daughter, Henriette (Steven Boudreau) Cormier of Grand-Barachois; four sisters: Juliette Melanson (Guy), Georgette Leger (Gerald), Yvonne Melanson and Edith Blacklock (Charles); one brother: Jean LeBlanc (Claudette Leger), as well as many nieces, nephews and special friends. She will also miss her special cat, Lily.
The family will receive condolences at the Frenette Funeral Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac (532-3297). Visiting hours Thursday, July 4th from 7 to 9 pm, Friday, July 5th from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm and Saturday, July 6th from 9:30 am until time of departure (10:15). The funeral mass will be celebrated at St-Henri R.C. Church, Grand-Barachois, on Saturday, July 6th, 2013 at 10:30 am. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. In memory of Gisèle, a contribution to the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont Hospital Foundation (palliative care) or Beausejour Family Crisis Center would be appreciated.
