CORMIER, RAYMOND J. - Raymond J. Cormier, 70, formerly of St-George Street, Moncton, passed away peacefully at the Moncton Hospital on Tuesday, July 9th, 2013. Born on October 6th, 1942 in Bouctouche, he was the son of the late Arthur and Edmée (Melanson) Cormier. He is survived by three daughters: Brenda Morrow, Stella Charters and Christine Lovelace (Andrew); a son, Terry (Renée); four sisters: Louisa Bourque (Ephrame), Aurella Hebert (Albert), Denise Brine (Steven) and Murielle Whelan (John); two brothers: Laurise (Jean) and Aubré; 11 grandchildren; one great-grandchild, as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Émery.
The funeral service will be celebrated at Frenette Funeral Centre, 2642 Ch Acadie, Cap-Pelé (577-3297) on Saturday, July 13th, 2013 at 11a.m. Interment will be in the Ste-Therese d’Avila cemetery. In memory of Raymond, a contribution to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
