WHITEFORD, GARY T., Ph.D - Professor, University of New Brunswick - On July 14th, 2013 surrounded by his loving family, Gary passed away peacefully in his 72nd year. He is now exploring new territories. His life was one big adventure as he and his wife Carole travelled the world. A dedicated geography professor, he marched to the beat of his own drum. Predeceased by his parents Bill and Elsie Whiteford of Toronto. He will be dearly missed by his wife Carole; children Jennifer (Rob) and Tom (Angela); grandchildren Matthew, Sarah, Devin and Asha as well as his brother Brian (Pat). All who knew him will miss his spirit. In lieu of flowers, donations to the UNB Library, P.O.
