GAUDET, AURORE - 1928 - 2013 - Aurore Gaudet, 84, wife of the late Émile Gaudet (2012) of the Villa Providence, Shediac, passed at the Villa on Monday, July 22, 2013 following a lengthy illness. She was formerly of Boudreau-Ouest. Born in Dupuis Corner on October 12th, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Gaspard and Martha (LeBlanc) Gagnon. She is survived by her five children: Roger Gaudet (Diane), Murielle Gaudet (Laurie Maillet) and Charline Gaudet (Laurie Desprès) all of Boudreau-Ouest, Diane Landry (Gilles) of Grand-Barachois and Denise Gaudet (Pierre Bourgeois) of Dupuis Corner; three sisters: Huberte Cormier and Yolande Leger both of Grand-Barachois and Irène Leger of Dieppe; two brothers: Edgar (Claudette) of Grand-Barachois and Gerard (Huberte) of Shediac; three grandchildren: Janelle, Kimberly and Marc; two great-grandchildren: Venessa and Karrisa, as well as several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband, she is also predeceased by two sisters: Juliette Gagnon and Dorilla Gagnon.
The family will receive condolences at the Frenette Funeral Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac (532-3297). Visiting hours on Thursday, July 25th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm ONLY. The funeral mass will be celebrated at St-Joseph R.C. Church, Shediac, on Friday, July 26th, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. In memory of Aurore, a contribution to the Parkinson Society of Canada or to the Villa Providence Foundation would be appreciated.
