DOIRON, MAURICE "BEN" - 1953 - 2013 - Maurice Doiron, 59, of Moncton, passed away on July 24th, 2013 at the Moncton City Hospital. Born November 6th, 1953 in Barachois, he was the son of the late Henry and Léontine (Gallant) Doiron. He was employed with MacArthur’s Paving and was an avid Toronto Maple Leafs fan. He is survived by his three children: Matthew (Josée), Nadine Chavarie (Joel) and Gilles; five brothers and sisters: Jeannette, Sarah, Alonzo, Eugène and Roger; four grandchildren: Drew, Alex, Danika and Chloe; his former wife, Annette Doiron, as well as several nieces and nephews. He was also predeceased by his step-father, Laurie Lirette.
The family will receive condolences at the Frenette Funeral Center, 396 Main Street, Shediac (532-3297). Visiting hours are Friday, July 26th, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral mass will be celebrated at St-Henri, Grand-Barachois R.C. Church on Saturday, July 27th, 2013 at 11 a.m. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. In memory of Maurice, a contribution to the Doiron family would be appreciated.
