Lottie Bambrick of Charlottetown has received word of the death of her sister, Kay Arsenault, in her 84th year, on Aug. 6, 2013 in Dartmouth, N.S. Daughter of the late Cleveland and Florie Roberts of Charlottetown. Cremation and burial will take place in Dartmouth, N.S.
