Formerly of Sydney, Marie passed away peacefully at Dartmouth General Hospital on Aug. 27, 2013.
The loving wife of Louis, (deceased) and mother to Walter, Ottawa, Kevin (Janet), Brent and Michelle (John). Grandmother to Lindsay and James Ryan. She leaves her brothers, John and Michael.
She was predeceased by brother, Seward.
Marie worked for Maritime Tel & Tel, Co-op Food Services and Crowell's in Sydney. N.S.
A dear friend to all, she will be fondly remembered for her kindness and generosity to those less fortunate.
In keeping with her wishes, there will be no formal service.
