McKINLEY, JAMIE DONALD - At his residence in the arms of his loved ones, on September 1, 2013, Mr. Jamie Donald McKinley, husband of Mrs. Violet "Meme" McKinley of Pennfield, NB took his last flight. Born at Blacks Harbour NB on November 16, 1957, he was a son of Herb McKinley and Mary (Walsh) McKinley. A loving husband, father, grandfather, son and brother, in addition to his loving wife Meme, he is survived by two sons; Jeffrey (Heidi) Hawkins and Matthew McKinley both of Pennfield, NB, one daughter, Cheryl Whittier of Blacks Harbour, NB, three precious grandbabies; Kassidi, Katherine and Kalli, his mother, Mary McKinley of Blacks Harbour, NB, his father, Herb McKinley (Norma Collier) of St. George, NB, siblings; Gary (Debbie) McKinley of Saint John, NB, Vicki Moore of Summerside, PE, Danny (Cathy) McKinley of Pennfield, NB, Randy McKinley of North Carolina and Jeff McKinley of Summerside, PE and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Resting at the Calvary United Baptist Church, Blacks Harbour NB from where the service will be held on Tuesday at 3:00 pm followed by the interment at the Pennfield Rural Cemetery. Visiting at the church will take place on Monday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm. In Jamie's memory, donations to a charity of the donor's choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
