MacFadyen, Carol Creelman - 78 years, of Truro, Nova Scotia, died at Oceanview Manor in Eastern Passage on September 4, 2013. Born in Middle Stewiacke, she was the daughter of Marjorie Creelman (nee Fisher). Carol taught for many years at Central Colchester Junior High school. She was a member of the Truro Art Society and a proud Attic Painter. After touching the lives of many, she succumbed to the effects of dementia. Carol is survived by her daughter Heather (Douglas), her sons Fraser (Sheri) and Robert, her sister Barbara Cruickshank, her grandchildren Katelyn, Liam, and Evan and her nieces and nephews. A gathering of family and friends will take place at Cruikshank's Funeral Home, 2666 Windsor St, Halifax on Thursday, September 12th from 1-3 pm.
