LEGERE, VIOLA - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Viola Legere in Markham, ON, Monday, September 9th after a short illness. Wife of Laurie Legere. Born in Moncton, August 31, 1925, daughter of Joseph Bastarache and Regina LeBlanc. She is survived by her husband Laurie; two sons Ronald and Gerry (Kim); one daughter Annette Tharburn (Leon); six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; three sisters Dorilla Cormier (late Yvon), Geneva Dugas (late Lee), Odessa Long (late Charles); one brother Terry (Marge). She was predeceased by five brothers Yvon, Alderice, Roger, Alonzo and Gerry.
Funeral service will be held in Markham, ON.
