Mary Kolida, aged 91 years passed away peacefully September 5, 2013.

She is sadly missed by her loving children Jean Moshenko, John Kolida, Fred Kolida and Betty (Armin) Krenz, grandchildren Darcy Moshenko, Colleen (Kevin) Norish, Janice Moshenko, Greg (Alana) Krenz, Stacy (Steve) Kenny, great grandson Aiden Conor Kenny, sister Kay Wyers, many nieces and nephews, plus the 100's of friends made during the many years of living in the McBride area.

Predeceased by her husband Roman Kolida, mother and father Kathryn and John Michalchysn, brother Bill Michalchysn and son-in-law Harry Moshenko.

Mary was a fun loving, hardworking, feisty lady who loved to bake, cook, read recipe books, tell stories, play cards and enjoy a glass (3 fingers) of Brandy. Her dedication to friends and family was unyielding to the end.

Cremation has taken place.

A Celebration of her Life will be held at the McBride Evangelical Church, 135 Lonsdale Street on Saturday, September 14, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. with Father Richard Beaudette officiating. Refreshments to be served directly after the service.

Special thanks to all the great friends and various care givers that took such good care of Mary to the very end.
