It is with great sadness that the family of the late Tyrone (Tony) Stowe announce his passing on Tuesday, September 10th, 2013 at the age of 70 years. Leaving to mourn his loving wife and best friend Rita (nee Hiscock); daughter Karen (Adrian) Larkin of Fort McMurray, Alberta, son Darryl (Paula) of Burlington, Ontario; granddaughters: Janine of Edmonton, Kristina (Sean) of Lethbridge, Alberta and Samantha (Jay) of Fort McMurray; mother Eva (Stowe) Gillingham of Corner Brook; brothers: Calvin (Mabel), Carl (Bernice) both of Pasadena, Rod (Marilyn) of Little Rapids; sisters: Gloria (Lowell) Thomas, of Ontario, Marilyn (Byron) Butt of Nova Scotia; sisters-in-law: Jessie Stowe and Linda (Tom) Hollahan. As well as a large circle of relatives and friends including his furry friend Scooter. He was predeceased by his father Roy Stowe, step-father Fred Gillingham and brother Don. By request of Tony cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place on Friday at 2:00pm from Parsons Funeral Home & Chapel, 63 Northmain Street, Deer Lake.
