MUNN, MATTHEW - Matthew Kenneth Munn passed away after a brief illness on September 12, 2013 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Matthew was born on June 6, 1986 to Paulette and Kenneth Munn. Matthew is survived by his mother, Paulette (Don Beairsto); father, Kenneth (Suzanne); brothers, Jonathan Munn of Halifax, NS, Craig (Tasha) Cochrane of Binbrook, ON, Ryan (Angela) Cochrane of Fredericton, NB; step sisters, Carol Ottens (Andrew), Beth Hoyt (Jimmy); grandparents, Perley and Maisie Arbeau; grammie, Elva Munn; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his grandfather, John Munn; uncle, Leonard Arbeau and his best friend, Andrew Nason. Matthew loved to skateboard, snowboard and hockey. He had a special place in his heart for his dog, Cody, and his collection of sports cards. The family would like to thank everyone in the ICU at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital and the Saint John Regional Hospital, as well as 3E at the DECRH for the wonderful care given to Matt.
Visitation will be held at the Nashwaak Valley Pentecostal Church, Taymouth, NB on Tuesday, September 17th, at 12:00 pm. A memorial service will immediately follow visitation at 2:00 pm with interment in the Nashwaak Valley Pentecostal Church Cemetery.
