Surrounded by her family at the Palliative Care Unit of the Prince Edward Home on Sunday, September 29, 2013, of Valerie Jean MacLeod (nee Wood), Charlottetown, age 71 years.
Beloved wife of James “Jim” MacLeod. Dear mother of Donald Jenkins (Deborah), Velvet Dennis (Paul) and Kimberly Fleming (Paul). Stepmother of Wendy Bourque (Gary). Lovingly remembered by 11 grandchildren and by her great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents Cyril and Margaret Wood and by her daughter-in-law Karen Jenkins.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home for visitation Tuesday 6-9 p.m. Funeral Wednesday from Cornerstone Baptist Church, Cornwall, at 2 p.m. Interment in Crossroads Christian Church Cemetery.
