Passed peacefully away at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre in Burin on Tuesday, September 24, 2013, Mrs. Sarah Mullins, age 91 years of Rencontre East. Leaving to mourn her loving family: children, James Sheppard (Janice), Mona Sheppard, Lawrence Sheppard, and Aaron Sheppard (Christine); son in law, Donald Skinner; step daughters, Mona, Mary, Elsie and Annette; step son, Bill; a large number of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; plus a number of other relatives and friends.
Predeceased by her husbands, Clayton Sheppard and Abner Mullins, and daughter, Vera Skinner.
Funeral service was held on Friday, September 27, 2013 at 3:00 pm from the St. Stephen’s Anglican Church at Rencontre East with Rev. Mildred Tobin officiating. Interment followed at the Anglican Cemetery, Rencontre East.
